Quote Auto Expiry
Purpose
Quote Auto Expire helps WHMCS admins keep old delivered quotes tidy.
When a quote has been sent to a client but its valid-until date has passed, the addon can automatically move it to the quote stage you choose, such as Dead, Lost or On Hold.
That means fewer old quotes sitting around as if they are still active, less manual checking, and a clearer quote list for your team.
The addon is built for WHMCS admins who want this small but useful job handled quietly and reliably.
Features
- Automatically changes expired delivered quotes to your chosen quote stage.
- Uses the WHMCS valid-until date, so the behaviour follows the date already set on the quote.
- Works with the normal WHMCS quote stages: Draft, Delivered, On Hold, Accepted, Lost and Dead.
- Manual run button in the addon admin area, so you can update expired quotes when needed.
- Automatic daily run through the normal WHMCS cron.
- Clear overview showing how many quotes are ready for action.
- Shows the quote ID, subject, current stage, valid-until date, client and email address.

Requirements
Template support:
This addon runs in the WHMCS admin area and does not need client area template changes.
Ioncube:
IonCube Loader version 13 or newer.
PHP version:
7.4, 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 or 8.4
Cron:
For automatic syncing, your WHMCS cron must be running correctly.
Permissions:
The WHMCS admin user must have access to the addon module and to quote management.
